Extruded PEEK Sheets & Plates

Our PEEK sheets & plates are manufactured through a continuous extrusion process. They have 600~1250mm withs, 6~60mm thicknesses, and 1000~3000mm lengths (custom sizes are also acceptable).

PEEK Sheets Thickness

Ultra-Thin PEEK Film

Ultra-thin PEEK films (<0.04 inch or 1mm) are often used in applications where weight and space constraints are critical, such as aerospace and electronics. They may be used as protective layers or insulating materials.

Thin PEEK Sheet

PEEK sheets, ranging from 0.04 to 0.25 inches (1~6.35mm) are suitable for structural components where moderate mechanical strength is required. Such as components for chemical processing, medical devices, and automotive parts.

Thicker PEEK Plate

Thicker PEEK sheets (>0.25 inch or 6.35mm) are employed in heavy-duty applications where superior mechanical properties are crucial, such as in the manufacturing of gears, bearings, and structural components.

Reinforced PEEK Sheets

Carbon Filled PEEK Sheet

Carbon-filled PEEK sheets are reinforced with carbon fibers, which enhances the mechanical properties, such as increased stiffness, strength, and wear resistance. It is often chosen for applications where high strength, stiffness, and wear resistance are crucial.

Glass Filled PEEK Sheet

Glass-filled PEEK sheets are reinforced with glass fibers. This reinforcement improves the dimensional stability, stiffness, and strength of the material. It is suitable for applications that require high strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to wear.

ESD PEEK Sheet

ESD antistatic PEEK sheets are formulated with additives to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. This makes it suitable for applications where avoiding electrostatic discharge is crucial, such as in the electronics and semiconductor industries.
