Available Color-coded PEEK Tubing
Natural PEEK Tubing
Unpigmented PEEK tubing is often preferred in applications where visibility of the fluid or material inside the tubing is important. It allows for easy monitoring of the flow or potential contamination.
Red PEEK Tubing
Red PEEK tubing is sometimes used for color-coding purposes to differentiate between different fluid lines or to indicate specific functionalities, especially within laboratory setup systems.
Green PEEK Tubing
Like red PEEK, green tubing is commonly used for color-coding purposes. The choice of green may be based on the preferences or standards of the laboratory’s particular industry.
Black PEEK Tubing
Black PEEK tubing is commonly chosen for its UV resistance. It is often applied in automotive, aerospace and outdoors, where protection from UV radiation is important.
Orange PEEK Tubing
Orange PEEK tubing can also be chosen for color-coding purposes. Commonly used in manufacturing environments, and industrial settings, where color-coding is beneficial.
Blue PEEK Tubing
Blue PEEK tubing is often used for aesthetic reasons or for color-coding applications, such as medical devices, where the color blue is associated with cleanliness and sterility.
PEEK Tubing Size (OD x ID)
1/16" x 0.03"
This size is relatively small and is often used in applications where space is limited. It might be suitable for analytical instruments, chromatography systems, or other situations where precise fluid handling is essential.
1/16" x 1/32"
1/8" x 1/16"
This larger size may be used in applications that require a higher flow rate. It could find applications in industrial processes, larger-scale chromatography, or situations where a higher volume of fluid needs to be transferred.
1/4" x 1/8"
This size is relatively larger and could be used in industrial applications where a significant volume of fluid needs to be transported. It might be suitable for certain types of manufacturing processes or chemical transfer applications.
3/8" x 1/4"
1/2" x 1/4"
This much larger size tubing is suitable for applications that demand a significant volume of fluid transfer. It might find use in larger-scale industrial processes or situations where a robust and high-capacity tubing is necessary.
Available Types of PEEK Tubing
PEEK Capillary Tubing
Our PEEK capillary catheters have 0.4mm~18.9mm outer diameters (OD) and 0.3mm~13.06mm inner diameters (ID). Their small diameter and high chemical resistance, make them suitable for conveying liquids in precise measurements, such as in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems.
PEEK Medical Catheter
Our PEEK medical catheters have 0.5mm~12mm outer diameters (OD) and 0.1mm~3.0mm inner diameters (ID). They are biocompatible, radiolucent, and offer a combination of flexibility and strength. These features make them suitable for guiding devices, delivering fluids, or accessing specific areas within the body.
PEEK Heat Shrink Tubing
Our PEEK heat shrink tubing’s working temperature is 500℉/260℃, shrinkage temperature is 626℉/330℃ ~ 680℉/360℃, and restoration wall thickness range is 0.1mm (0.004in)~ 0.23mm (0.004in). It is used for encapsulation, insulation, and protection of electronic components in high-temperature environments.
